how do I import from my douments folder to here
Click the 'browse' button on that site, then pick your picture and click the 'host it' button on the site.
It will give you a bunch of links after a little wait while it's uploading. You take the last link that it gives you and put it in a post here between a set of tags like this

you go to MY PICTURES pic the picture you whant size by using image go back to "imageshack" go to browse pic the picture you sized host it pic the first hotlink right click then copy.go back to forums"svtperf''go on the message board or signature were ever you whant it and right click go to paist and put it where you whant anywere on the message board. all kinds of letters and numbers will appear .once you submit it'll post it.it took me a while but you'll get it.just gota understand it.
