Filled my overflow tank slightly, should I burp it?

So I did a bone head thing and filled my overflow tank with a small amount to the fill line. I have not drove the car nor will have to do so until Saturday. Should I worry about having to burp it even if it was a very small amount. It was maybe 4-5 inches from the fill line. Car was ice cold.

Why was it that low in the first place? It's not a bonehead thing to fill it if it's low. The only time it should ever be that low is if you drained fluid from the system or you have a leak somewhere.

Unsure. I just picked up the car. I'll keep an eye one it for leaks. Haven't seen anything so far and it runs great.
