Okay so I have 2.6kb with 3.5" pulley on that, 3.5" alt pulley, and im trying to find out which metco pulley I have. I was only able to measure the pulley from tip to bottom (including the belt lip no the inside ridges to inside ridges) and I got 8.75"ish I do know that I hit around 20psi on the gauge but not sure if it would be +2 or +4 Thanks guys! I have been reading charts and it looks like i would have +2 but not 100% sure.

2lb. Is 8''. 4lb is a little bigger just under 9''

I know 3.5 alt pulley is usually for a 6lb lower. Thats what im runnin. Could be different though being that youre using a kb with 3.5 blower pulley. But 6 pound lower is 9.1 inch i believe.
