What diff and gears did you go with?

diff is from a 2003 cobra and 4.10s from ford racing

It's not so bad. As long as you're not in a rush, and have the right tools it's an ok deal. But it's one of those things you won't be volunteering to do again in the near future... Good Luck.

Meh, install is no big deal. Just heavy to move around. I just built a stand that I set on my covered porch and did it there. Bushings are easy to replace with the removal tools. Just takes a little time to complete but no big deal.
