Supercoupe nose and 5.0 with trak loc. And to find out after the fact:
They changed the nose in 94
No more 5.0 in 94
No more AOD in 94
93 had the new style fuel tank
93 had the new style front spindles
The 94 was $2000 more, for less stuff
(I paid $17,900 for my car new)
Probably some more stuff I'm forgetting...
i own a 94 SC, but i think the 93 SC's are the best looking MN12s.
the 93 SC's has the 89-93 style nose, the 92-97 rear LED taillights, the 89-93 rear valence (sp), and the 93-95 SC rims. but, i like the 94-97 interior a lot more than the 89-93, although those weren't bad, either.
the perfect Thunderbird, to me, would be a 95 SC with the 96-97 headlights and hood, and the 89-93 front and rear bumpers.
I can say I would have never bought a T-Bird with the 94-95 front fascia. I love the 95 Supercoupe but I don't think I could own one because I just don't like the front end. I think the '96 and '97 is much better looking, but I would get rid of the body side cladding. I like the cleaner flanks of the 94-95 cars.
I like the short wheel base(swb) units , not just becouse I build them ,but it makes a good looking car look better , example George Davenports 89 swb sc / oh yeh check out my latest swb Lincoln Markviii , www.autokraftnebraska.com . --- Auto Doug
