Family owned mustang stories?

As I've posted before, I am the third generation owner of my 96 cobra (grandfather got it in 98 father owned her from 04) and I'd love to hear of anyone else with similar stories of how they got into cobras or any mustang. Post pics too! Here's mine

Not a mustang but my family has an 88 F250 Diesel that's been family owned since new. My uncle bought it new then my grandfather bought it from him and now my brother owns it. It'll probably go to my nephew next.
Then if you want to consider our 89 930 Turbo Slantnose. My godfather bought it new and my father bought it from him in 94.

My dad purchased the cobra new in 1998; it was actually the car on display at the Dallas Auto Show that year. The car has been with me since 2015, as he found less and less time to enjoy it.

Similar story with my car! My dad bought an 02 z06 and went to the dark side from there! Maybe one day I'll do some work and be able to outrun that LS6.... Thank you for sharing post pics if you have em
