Fair price to pay?

I've looked on kbb and edmunds and got a 12k price difference, I've been looking around in the in for sale section and craigslist and know about what people are asking for them but not what they're actually getting. I would be looking to buy within the next year.

Things to keep in mind I would like to have:
-black, dsg, or silver
-low miles<50k
-03/04, doesn't matter
-as close to stock as possible
-clean title

Yeah, $18,000 is pretty dead on. Of course, if you're patient, you'll find some for well below that, but at the same time, you're going to find those listed where the owner thinks his close to stock Cobra is worth it's weight in gold and ask $20,000+.
