I never go by kbb. You have kind of know what the market is doing on these particular cars. What is the overall condition of the car? Clean title? With that being said I'd say around 18-22k. And I think 22k being on the very high side.
To give you an idea though, I bought my 03 back in 2010, car had 20k miles, stock pulley but had intake and different wheels. I paid 19.5k.

Ive found a couple online from dealers, but they were about 2K higher than KBB
I found a OW coupe with 29K miles for $20K. I was excited until i saw the pic under the hood. Looks like it had seen some snow/salt.
