failed emissions

Just got back from testing and failed due to no ODBII communications. Could this be a fuse or relay maybe? I can plug in my xcal2 and it turns on.

Just found my owners guide. It is fuse #3 that is for port and cig. lighter. It is not blown

Wait I didn't read you tuner works sorry. There s@#t is messed up. Run by Autozone and try there code reader. If that works then there junk doesn't lol.

Autozones reader turned on. I went back for my free retest and failed again. Now i'll have to pay again

I am meeting some one from the state there on monday to retest. He said some times fords give the computer problems.
