F8LSNAKE, new eaton no nitrous record

Went Fri night and got close, but had trouble getting out of the hole with the new clutch. Ran [email protected]. I wasn't satisfied so I returned to the track on Sat since they were having a superstreet race and I knew the track would be prepped. The DA was a not so good 2300', but I still managed to get the et I was looking for even though the mph was down. Here are the runs.

Thanks Dwight. The new clutch and quadrant really made a difference. I would have never been able to do it in that air without being able to shift like I was able to yesterday. My mph was down by over 3 but it was really movin in the middle of the track with much better shifting. Now I just need some good air, but I doubt that will happen until fall, maybe I'll get lucky and a cold front will come through on a weekend. I don't think this one will stand long either the way Allen and Corey are running.

I know and it's just warming up here. I'm still learning how to get this one out too, with this new clutch. You'll see when the vid goes up. On the fastest pass I spun all the way through 1st. This clutch hits like a ton of bricks. Lol. Did you get to run any this weekend?

Thanks, that means alot coming from another driving fool. Yeah, I'm still running the same Harley upper and 6lb combo. We may try to work on the other combo this week if we get time.:beer:

I was speaking to Chris and I think we are going to a larger pulley on mine. I don't know if I told you but I have been looking at my graphs and my 2.75 upper only doesn't lose curve at the end like my current pulley combo.

I think I am going to try a 3.20 keeping the 6 pound lower of course.

I will also have time to head to the shop and I will see Chris about what we spoke about. :beer:
