Ok so I just bought my F1A cobra and I noticed that the pcv is not hooked up... just opened and the valve has a bolt in the line... should I hook it back up or is there a reason y this was done like it is?

The PCV is usually blocked off on these cars to keep oil from getting inside the intake. You can either run breathers or run a catch can.

what has the bolt in the line? the hole on the intake or the line off the pcv? the pcv needs to breath, either into a catch can, a breather, or the atmosphere...

The line coming off the intake plenum has the bolt in it... and the pcv is just open to the atmosphere.... sounds like it is correct
