bolt ons not really. If your not going to add a power adder of any kind it will take alot to make them fast, there heavy and the 330ci isnt that big of a motor. stock your looking at a mid 16sec 1/4mile with a 5.4L

F150 single cab with a 3V 5.4L? I'd hope he can go a LOT faster than that..haha.

My 2002 Ext cab with a 4.6L and 22" rims that were very heavy would run consistant 16.5s. I bet his truck could break into the 15s easy.

i think i know that guy

hes blown and sprayed.. the new f150's are so heavy and the 5.4 3v is a joke in reality the 4.6 l puts down more RWHP than the 5.4 does. if u want something for performance get the 4.6 if u want something that makes torque below 2000 rpm get the 5.4 two different motors for two different specific applications.

The 4.6 puts down more rwhp than the 5.4? Interesting.

Telling us more about the truck would help.
- 5.4L?
- 4x4?
- What trim level?
- Gearing?

They are heavy, this generation was designed to be a work truck with an awesome ride. Unfortunately they are not fast. Its kind of funny that in todays day and age we complain about a truck with 300hp as being a dog.
