F1 Racing comes to Austin, Texas in 2012

Yeah, I worked the last 6 F-1 races at Indy and it was toasty up there.
Track is going to be all indoors, right? ;-)

I just hope it is held during a decent time of the year as far as the heat is concerned. It is in the 90's here now, so finding a time for perfect weather will be a challenge. For the first race, I bet there may not be much of a choice.
I was here in Dallas when they had the F1 in the mid 80's and from the reports, the track was horrible, part of it at the State Fair grounds and part of it on the city streets under the freeways. Needless to say, it was hot and the track pretty much was chewed up fast.
