if my car is dyno tuned for a K&N filter kit would I need to retune it for this kit? Very interested...

My guess is no retune would be required since better airflow has already been accounted for in your tune. When I switched between ram air and cold air kits, I had a dyno pull done just to check air/fuel mixture, etc. and everything was still fine. Please talk to your tuner to be sure, as he is more familiar with your setup. --Thanks for asking!
