I have an eaton off a 2000 Lightning with 75,000.

Filled silencer holes and stripped rotors
$350 plus shipping
I will also take stock blowers on trade

Looks like the rotors have made contact into the back wall or the same wall as the needle bearings to me. If so then a different set of rotors need to be used and then the clearance between the back of the rotors and the case needs to be double checked afterwards. If the rotors have hit once they will probably hit again if it's kept how it is now. OP maybe post a picture of the ends of the rotors you have there to see if they match the marks on the back wall.


I don't know if I would use that blower myself.

The rotor bores need to be cleaned up also because you can see a bunch of marks in them.

Posi, that's a good observation, but it's actually just the factory machining marks, and the contact on the case is also much less than I appears in that picture, the flash made it look worse. But it could use a cleanup, and I will get pics of the rotor ends there is zero contact, the picture is deceiving as there really was no contact.

But I appreciate you pointing it out as others might have wondered. :thumbsup:
