However, that will be about the max you can get. But loans can be obtained.

Bank no.
I have everything through my bank.

And I don’t really want to finance anything over 20 for a car that is not worth that much to insurance companies. Could put me in a very bad spot.
20k loan car gets stolen. And payout is 10K. Now I’m left holding bag.

Same car (my cobra) got totaled in November, insurance paid me $19k and some change. I’m cool with it
