I think it's the mileage that's hurting you. You can buy a new one with 0 miles for 29-30K. But it sounds like a nice truck.

I would have to agree with L.L.. Your truck looks sweet, but the milage is what makes the price seem high, even though you do have some money into the mods. It is a sharp truck though!
