I'm getting ready to trade my car in and it still has a Ford extended warranty. I remember reading some where that you can cash out the pro rated value of it? If so does anyone know how to do it?

I had to go to the dealer I purchased the warranty from. They will send you a check.
go in and cancel the warranty, they will send a check which can take a month or two

Just a feeling. I had a great buying experience when I bought the car but now different car sales managers and sales people.
They seem to have a arrogance now. Maybe just a bad impression last time I was in there. Since I was looking at buying a Raptor and they said wanted 3k over sticker then tried to make me feel good buy selling it to me for sticker. I just shook my head and walked out. Glad it happened as now getting another toy I have always wanted.
I'm gonna try and find salesman who sold me car as he is now working in back offices and is a nice guy.
What are you getting, what are they giving you and did you leave everything in your sig on the car?
I dont understand, if you had a great salesmen and a great buying experiance why this would be any different.
2009 Nissan GTR. They have me 28,500 for trade in plus get tax break on the GTR. So came to almost 31k.
