Having a bad day today.
Lady backed into my new Honda Accord at the parking lot today.
Most of the damage is to rear plastic bumper, but the paint above bumper line has been scraped off to exposed steel. :nonono:
I have an appointment with the body shop tomorrow for an estimate, but they may not get to car for a week or so.
What can I apply to the exposed steel to prevent/lessen the chances of it rusting?
I was thinking of using some vaseline, but I'm not sure if that is safe on the paint.
Any ideas?
