Exhuast cutouts and Meth Question

Anyone out there with a turbo setup using either of these and what are your thoughts about them. I have been reading that both give aaround an extra 50 HP and neither of them are real costly. Thanks

I you have a restrictive exhaust, then cutouts help, and if your iats are high, or you are being aggressive on pump gas, then meth does wonders.
