I have already done my search by the way
I recently had a thread about my Low dyno numbers http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?t=377306 I have BBK Long tubes, a catted x-pipe, SLP loud mouth cat back, bbk CAI, and a built rear end with 4.10's (Don't think this could have anything to do with the numbers). Well the car dynod at 261hp/262tq.
I drove my car today and it was really cold out and I looked to where the x-pipe meets with the long tubes there was a bad exhaust leak there (it looked just like the tail pipe with condensation coming out). When my tuner installed the xpipe and long tubes he said "well they didn't match up very good so we just bolted them up" so it looks like the x-pipe was too long :cuss: and instead of cutting it shorter they just put it on. I was skeptical, but he said "its okay as long as you don't lower the car".
So my question is can this leak effect the dyno numbers that I got that day?
I still have to get this crap fixed. It sucks spending so much money and it not getting done the right way the first time:cuss:.
So let me know what you think I should do, or how this affects the car. Thanks
