Exhaust help

My 01' Cobra is gone in about a month. I will be getting an 03' or 4' cobra to replace it. What is the differance between the 01' cat back and the 03' cat back. this is a fit question not a sound or whatever question. I have heard of people puting on the 01' system on their 03's but want to know what I am heading into when I try. I did a search to see if there was a tread in the past and came back with a bunch of off topic results.

As long as the 01 is for the 01 Cobra, it will fit fine. IRS to IRS the exhaust is the same. We put my old carback on a 99 Cobra because it had 3 1/2 inch tips and magnaflows welded in.

Cool, thanks... I heard that the Cat's were longer and just wanted to make sure I did not have to dump a crap load of $$ on another exhaust..
