Exhaust Gas Temperatures

Anybody know where I can get a chart or something that will relate EGT's to Air Fuel Ratio's.

I know you need to know what side of the high temp you are on because both real lean and real rich both provide colder readings.

I would like to know for example, if you have 1400 degrees, how that fits Air Fuel ratio, 13 to1, 14 to 1 etc

you dont becaues as you say it will drop on either side of stoichiometric. you have to find another way to tell which side of stoich you are.

try a wideband o2 sensor.
