Everytime I turn the key on the 20amp fuse that powers the reverse lockout syiliniod and I think the 02 sensors, EGR sensor, and evap sensor blows.

These are the check engine codes I am getting:
P0443 - EVAP Purge Valve Falt
P0446 - EVAP Vent Circuit Malfunction
P0135 - Bank 1, Sensor 1 o2 circuit Malfunction
P0155 - Bank 2, Sensor 1 02 circuit Malfunction
P2195 - Bank 1 o2 sensor stuck lean
P0403 - EGR Flow circuit malfunction

These are all showing up cause the fuse is blow right?
The fuse is blow because I have a short somewhere????

I have put the car on a lift a searched of hours under the car and under the hood for bare wire touchin something and dont see a thing.

So would the next step be to disconnect the batt, remove the PCM and do a continuity test with all the corresponding harness connectors to the pins on the PCM one by one???????

Its a tough call. I had a short like that once, went through hours of searching just took it to an electrical shop charged me $90 but told me that the Gauge Cluster was on the same relay and was blowing my fuse. I would say to just have a shop look at it. Will cost you small potatoes compared to searching for days

which fuse are you blowing? I can let you know what else is on that same circuit then you can start unplugging some stuff and narrowing it down.

very easy to find.. 1st you need a wire diagram, than find all the componets that are feed by fuse...than locate the connectors..

here is a link thats shows example,,worded alot better than i can do..

ill post some links from service manual for you..while you read the link

Had this problem, it was becasue my O2 wire had gotten melted on my headers. that fuse is for the O2 heaters and I think the other things you posted.

unplug your o2's and the evap vent solenoid. ^^ o2's are probably the most likely suspect. other components on that circuit are reverse lockout, egr vac. solenoid, evap. canister purge valve.

just ring it out. continuity test each component to ground real easy shouldn't take more than a few hours.

Thats what I though to but the o2 wire are nice a clear of the pipes, and bundled up pretty nice...

Trace the Red wire with the Yellow tracer stripe that goes to the O2 sensor (and rev lockout / EGR/ EVAP stuff). It or the corresponding White wire on the sensor side is shorted to ground.

yeah these guys are quick on there toes, your grounding/shorting somewhere. get you a hanes manual in the back it shows the wiring digrahms for the associated years mustangs. trace your lines and see if you can find visual fualt. if not put an amp meter to it and start checking your resitance/ohms that will give you the line that is going to ground. the parts you listed are the places to start. troubleshooting is allways fun except when it comes to wires there always a pain in the butt.
