My Terminator with a 2.6H Kenny Bell made 590 rwhp at 18 psi. Unless my boost gauge is wrong I make 22 psi. If that is right, how much more rwhp might I be making?

My tuner told me to expect about 30 per 2 ilbs of boost , I have no proof of this though .

He's a pretty well known svt member and great remote tuner !

Good question. Here is how I see it 14.7 is air pressure around you all the time and your engine NA makes "X" hp, so if you add say 10 psi you add (lets use a 200 hp na engine to make this easy), so in total your engine is getting 24.7 or 1.68 time the amount it would see na so:
200 X 1.68 = 336 hp
or another way is na plus the percent extra:
200 + (200 * (10/14.7)) = 336 hp
bump it up a 1 psi
200 + (200 * (11/14.7)) = 350 hp
So one psi on a 200 hp na car is worth 14 hp
This is all at sea level of course in a perfect world.
Should get you close anyway.

We typically see 10-15 rwhp per lb of boost on our cars UNLESS we start passing the efficientecy of the blower then you create heat and pull timing and numbers dive.
