Got an estimate to repaint the front and rear bumpers on the Cobra. They said they'd pull them off, strip them down completely and repaint. $700 for both. Fair price?

you may want to look into blending, problem with painting them separate is you are gonna see the difference in color, I did. That is unless your car has no fading from the sun.
