My pops and me are planning out a 5.4 l build to put in my Mach1. We are planning to use an Aluminum block(only if we can manage a good deal), and go 10.8:1 comp, worked gt500/GT heads, an aggressive but streetable cam (we want to keep it a daily), with a 100shot on it. We want to track down a 00R intake, but if we cant we may just look for an imported one(FPV).
We know it will cost a pretty penny, but how do you think the HP/TQ numbers should look when done?
I'd prefer to build a nice 4.6 and put a Whipple on it, but my dad loves N/A and would be doing most the driving. I'm out of state a lot.
