ERROR Code P1000 HELP!

Can anyone help me figure out what this means and how do i cure it pleeeeeazzzzzzeeee.

A P1000 will be displayed whenever trouble codes and memory are erased either by either a scan tool or disconnecting the battery. Drive the car for awhile and that code should disappear.

P1000 should never dissapear. as soon as you plug a scanner into the ODBII port it sets off that code so no matter how much you drive the car it will come back as soon as you plug a tool back in.
