Epping tomorrow 8/31/07

[Cobra10th Anniv]

I am finally getting my wheels squared away, should have new rims and tire all squared away tomorrow morning. Then time to get sticker and then heading over to New England Dragway. Weather looks like it should be good enough for some racing, can't wait to get back into the King of the Hill competition.

If anyone else is planning on going, let me know. Hopefully my camera crew will be there as well so I can post some vids over the weekend!! :rockon:

Go figure, nice and sunny all day in Mass and NH was cloudy. They staged us in lane 7 for 'King of the Hill' event and wouldn't you know... It begins to rain, shocker :cuss: . So they sent us home and we did not get to run the event.

Either way, I did get in four runs in all ranging from 12.1x - 12.2x. Not bad for a very humid day and my first time back since October 2006. Was trapping a consistent 116mph.

Cars I saw:
Brand New GT500 (Grey no stripes)
Brand New Z06 w/ a chick driving it epper:
03/04 Two Tone Cobra (Black bottom / Sonic Blue top w/ gray)

Meet up with the first two owners, could find the Cobra owner.

All in all a good night. Felt good to be back at the track and the Spec 3+ clutch held/felt awesome.

No camera crew, so nothing to post. Sorry gents, maybe next time.

David, glad to hear you got back up to NED. Hopefully your Cobra

Haven't run the car since Pete at Performance Dyno ironed out all the problems. Hoping for a 12.9 before this season ends!!!
