I'm gaging interest on doing the svt and snake emblem.
That looks awesome. What would prevent the snake or SVT from ending up upside down when it gets tightened down?
Thin Stainless washers (shims) will keep it straight within 1/8 of a rotation.
No, that is why I am gaging interest. Would like to run 10-15 of each to make it not a total waste of time.
No Lincoln emblem as of yet. If there is enough interest I could.
I can do custom engraving too. Obviously 1 offs would be a little pricey depending on design.
Still waiting on mods permission to officially kick this off as well. Not sure what's involved with that.
I could try polishing them but stainless will never polish like aluminum. So I see it as not worth it IMHO you'll see brighter feed lines from the cutter path but won't get a nice smooth shine.
I used to make these years ago out of aluminum and polished one today for the heck of it.
