I've tried to figure this out for over a year! Last year installed AJE k member which is only available with solid motor mounts. Noticed an 1800 rpm vibration after install. Over the winter built a teksid forged short block. Balanced entire rotating assy with flywheel, clutch, and balancer installed. Together balanced to within 1/2 gram. I STILL have an 1800 rpm vibration!!!! In neutral, clutch in, clutch out, driving, rolling, sitting- it doesn't matter-it's always there!!

ANY IDEAS???!!!

So the vibration is there when in neutral and stopped?

You might want to try this test. Remove the blower belt and see if it goes away.

Then the hard part. Take off the inner belt. You may be able to just remove it from one pulley and let it sit while you do the test. If the vibration goes away with either of those tests look to whatever is being spun by the belt that led to the vibration.
