I'm just now putting the 331 in, although my I.D. is cobra331. I know why it costs so much to pay a shop and mechanics to do it!!! I've bruised and scraped the hell out of my hands, and broke two intake bolts trying to get it off!! But it's not too bad. Just alot of bending over the engine bay which really gets the lower back hurtin!! Anyways, I'm going to try and take pics and post em.:)

I went with the 331 because they're much more durable than 347s. Plus the 347 burns a little oil because of the long stroke. There's less pressure on the cylinder walls and piston rings with a little less stroke. Basically I just want it to last. It's topped with Edelbrock's new improved Performers w/ a 3 angle valve job and stage 2 port and polish. The cobra manifold is being ported this week also. It's got a custom blower cam to go with my 9# Vortech. Completely balanced and blueprinted. Anyway, I'll try to post pics later today!!!
