Looking to do a turbo build once I find a 2011-14 chassis this year. My question is I've got a built 03-04 4.6 4v motor and just wondering will this motor drop in or what is needed to install the motor (K-Member etc).

The pre 05 blocks have different motor mount bosses on the block. You can go from the newer blocks to the older cars (new blocks have both patterns) but not the other way around. So short answer is no it won't work. That being said, you could make mounts I suppose.
