Hello. When ever I am sitting at a light or just idling after I start, the rpms drop to about 700 and then back up to 1200-1400 range and also when I push the clutch in the rpms drop low and then back up to 1200-1400. Lastly it does this when I pull it out of reverse. Sometimes it stalls out with the clutch is all the way in. I have no idea where to start

There seems to be a lot of members lately with idle issues. I'd start with the very basics first. Clean maf sensor with maf cleaner. Take IAC valve off and clean that out with carb or brake cleaner. Also look for possible vacuum leaks, that can be tricky finding them. With engine running, spray carb cleaner around possible vac lines and pcv hoses that might have a possible leak. When doing this if the rpm changes, then you found your leak. It should raise the rpms.
