Engine miss

Since I got my Cobra in March I have experienced an engine miss at high rpm occasionaly..like once every 30x I redline..It is defintely a miss and not the rev-limiter. (edited to make sense)

It also seems to miss a little when cold as well. Any ideas?

id go through the standard tune up procedure.

new fuel filter and plugs, clean or replace the airfilter, and just have a general look around to see if anything is amiss visually. (ie, damaged wires, broken cop module, unplugged sensors, etc)

I have a new airfilter,will get new plugs,any suggestions? It is all stock,for now

maybe try a set of motorcraft awsfa-22c plugs.

replace that fuel filter too

sorry for my ignorance,is the Fuel filter an easy change?

first time can be a pain, but its not hard.

you need a fuel line disconnect tool though.

costs about 10 bux.

On a solid rear it's fairly easy. On an IRS, it's a lot of yelling, cussing & more yelling & cussing.
