Engine light flashes

MY engine light flashes car runs like crap,clear code go for a drive ,light on again getting misfire code,have a 2010 shelby vmp tune, small blower pulley I.W.10% crank pulley 4:10 gears stock exhaust and intake, any thoughts ?

Ngk tr6 plugs gapped to 35
