Engine Lifting Points?

I am going to pull my engine and transmission out of the frame today and was curious what are the best lifting points for getting both out at the same time. I do have a load stabalizer and heavy duty hoist.

I've only lifted the motor out. I used the 19mm thread holes on the sides of the heads and had no issues. I used the big 19mm bolts off my hitch that I removed I knew they would come in handy one day!
