engine code help

had this pop up after installing my bama tune, p103a. Can anyone tell me what it is? Search didn't yield any results.

I wonder if bama somehow put extra DTC's in the tune? I checked the Ford tech master DTC list for the 5.0's and that code is not in the list.

I double checked the hand held, is p013a.

Not sure, but if I recall thats a bad 02 sensor..someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
