Engine came out today for open heart surgery...

I have the tick, so out came the engine today.

List of parts:
Jan 05 updated heads
Stage IV Stieg blower, TB and PL
BAP w/ wiring upgrade
MAFia
MM FLSFC's
H&R Race Springs
LFP HE
Cooling Mod(just in case)
NGK TR6's
And of course, a new Gates blower belt

did you drop the trans with it?
i seen people do the heads and came to be the short block.
i would almost pull the whole motor down, and bore it .020 with some good'' pistons jmo.
thats alot of work, pulling it back out again.

Yep, trans came out with it.

As far as tearing the motor down, it only has 9700 miles on it. And I have no plans of going twin screw so hopefully the stockers will be more than enough. ;-)
