electrical issue?

So here's the problem.

it started raining this morning. i get in the car and notice the power seat doesn't work when i try to adjust it. then i try to turn the car over to start it and all i hear is a "click".

i try several times and just clicks.

so i go check my battery posts and cables, they're all attached and have a good connection.

i finally get it to turn over. but the entire time the car seems to be... having a hard time. i notice the radio doesn't work. the clock is sitting on 00:00 and won't move (i was gone for 20 minutes). the power seat still doesn't work. i tried to start the car up again after i got home from my errands, and it had a HARD time rolling over.. like the battery was almost dead.

any ideas?

my is doing the same thing starting wise. i am going to replace the starter tommorow and see if that works. my battery is also fine.

i don't think it's the starter. and the only reason i say that is because if i fiddle with the connections on the battery, she starts right up. like there's a bad ground somewhere or something maybe?
