Noticed that some websites have the Red Sportline springs fitting 2007-2010 GT500's. Other sites have the Silver Sportline springs being for all Years or just 2011-2012.

Which is specific to my 2010 Shelby?

Example Links below

Red http://www.americanmuscle.com/eibach-sportline-springs-gt500.html

Silver http://www.latemodelrestoration.com...a-Gt-500-Eibach-Sportline-Lowering-Spring-Kit

My buddy has a 2011 GT500 and his are silver. He has the Non SVTPP package...is there any difference between his and mine that would warrant me not using the silver?

Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is that the Silvers are specifically designed for the 100lb. lighter nosed 11' and 12's with the alum. block and the Reds are specifically designed for the heavier nosed 2007-10's with the cast iron block.

Will the Reds and Silvers fit the other cars, probably. When switched, will they perform as designed, probably not.

I see american muscle and late model restoration linked above........................what does the Eibach site say? These springs may interchange with no problem. I would research the Eibach site to see if these is a clear listing.

Eibach hasnt updated their site to include the newer Shelby I dont believe.

But your theory is sound on the weight differences.

Thanks for the info
