I have Eibach springs in my car and am actually pretty happy with the ride but wouldn't mind if they were a bit stiffer AND I happen to want to lower the car a tick as well.
Are they a progressive rate spring?
Which end of the spring should be cut, and by how much to lower the car something like 3/4 in the front and 1/2 in the back?
Do you need to cut the spring in a specific fashion so it fits properly in the perch or can you cut it any amount you want?
I've cut the springs on several cars and am aware of the side effects, and in this case, my previous experience tells me it will solve both problems if done properly. I've had cut stock springs in cars that worked better than aftermarket springs!
