I have been looking into this kit and wondered if it would help a lot and more importantly, would it impair my handling as in cornering, etc.

If it does, is it still worth the tradeoff?

And how do these things anyways, what's the difference between those springs? I mean to me, they look just like that... springs...

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps softer rear springs to absorb the launch squat?

Keep in mind you will have to have a Cobra specific drag launch kit for the rear springs to be correct. The front springs will be soft. My opinion is that you will not like it on the street if you are concerned about the handling.

Normally, the drag launch kits are only available for the GT with the live axle. They may have come out with a Cobra specific one.

I just use the V6 springs in the front of mine, but my front end is lighter than yours. Those may be too soft for you.
