EGR disabled Catalyst monitor not ready

I have disabled my EGR via quarterhorse. However, the Catalyst montitor relies on the EGR to set. On my Cobra the EGR is bypassed and the catalyst sets no problem. What changes do I need to make to allow the Catalyst to set without depending on the EGR? Using a quarterhorse and binary editor.
