Egr delete - full retune ?

I'd like to do some clean up in my engine bay over the winter, if I was to remove the egr and the misc bullshhh that goes along with it . Would it affect fueling to the point that I'd need a full retune ?
Or would a tuner be able to just adjust the file without even seeing the car ?

any decent tuner should be able to compensate for removing the egr, the egr valve should be closed @ WOT anyway
