ECM question

I have a 94 tourist SHO I'm not getting power to my ECM on the key on Ignition to ports would it be possible to run a keonic mission power wire to those and power them myself and then take the 3 grounds and ground them to the chassis?

It was suppose to say taurus, and i wanted to know about running a key on power wire to those ports, stupid talk to text

Went to look at wiring diagrams,,
Is this a 3.0 or 3.2?

So your saying pin 1 circuit 37 and pin 57 circuit 361
Aren't getting power with key on?

Pin 1 only

57 is working on and off with key,

Pin 1 circuit 37.

Power comes from fuse box
I'm having trouble finding a couple items to post,

From wiring diagram I see
A relay on 1 page for pcm/fuel pump in engine controls

Than notes see pg 13-5
And that shows 30amp Fuse.

Will add to folder for you to see .

Circuit 37 goes through 2 connections on harness

Will add those
C116
C110 looks like main engine harness plug
