thinking about sending my eaton to steigmier how much hp has people been getting out of them and my main concern is if it is a waste of money.

I would say it's just a waist of money. By looking in your sig. you might as well go with a whipple or kb. Either one will compliment the built longblock very well.

if you dont want to spend 4 grand on a twin screw then get it ported.
the whine is GREAT but you can only get a little over 500rwhp with an eaton

I agree with 00SVT. I can't get 500 RWHP out of my Eaton on a built motor. Mine was not done by Steig and theirs may work better than mine though. With a built motor I bet a 3.4 W would give you at least 150 HP over a PE.
