I'm running a 4 pound lower/2.7 upper pulley combo and subsequently switched the stock alternator pulley for a 3.2" Metco a few years ago. Because of a dumbass mistake mentioned in a separate thread, I fried my alternator this weekend and need to replace it. I remember that when I replaced the alternator a few years ago, I had a helluva time swapping the 3.2 pulley out with the stock one the new alternator came with. Before I attempt this again, is there an easy way to swap the pulleys with no special tools?
