Dyno drop

Hi all I have prob and I really need pro help
363 9.5 compressor
Tfs head
25lb of boos
The car do big drop on dyno idk why on 5.800 rpm
It's not mechanic thing
Am running bigstuff 3 on the car with 7al and Hvs coil
Any one have any idea of any thing will coz that problem ??
