Does anybody make a duel fuel hat that will run in a 98 without huge headaches. I know Fore did, however, I heard they went out of business.

Fore or division x will work. May have to shorten the hoses slightly and raise the pumps some, and you'll have to remove the plastic basket from the tank but yes they will fit.
